  3. Custom and Personalized Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable once the production process has commenced. Please ensure accuracy in specifications and designs before confirming your order.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
  5. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders, subscriptions, or services canceled after payment may not be eligible for refunds. Any applicable cancellation fees or terms will be outlined in the specific terms and conditions related to the product or service.
  6. Disputes and Chargebacks:
    • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with DTF BY FTS may result in the suspension of services and legal action to recover the owed amount, including associated fees.
