Influx of orders and availability of staff determine our current processing times. We do our best to update our customers of our current processing times.

SALES TAX

DTF BY FTS charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

At this time, DTF BY FTS is not accepting ANY returns or exchanges. Please be advised prior to purchasing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact via email at ftstshirts@gmail.com must be made within 5 days in order to rectify the situation. Emails regarding defective, damaged, missing or wrong items sent after 5 days of receiving any order will not be accepted.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. PROMOTION & COUPON POLICIES

DTF BY FTS carries a variety of products, but unfortunately, our coupons and promotions have limitations, restrictions and exclusions. We have provided an explanation of our terms and conditions for Promotions, Offers and Coupons. These T&C generally apply to all unless specified otherwise. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note the following list of exclusions and restrictions that generally apply:

Excludes Sales tax, shipping & handling and other charges.

Cannot be redeemed for cash, gift certificates, Reward Points or gift cards.

Cannot be combined with any other DTF BY FTS coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions.

DTF BY FTS only accepts DTF BY FTS issued coupons only.

DTF BY FTS currently is not accepting manufacturer’s coupons and competitor’s coupons.

Not valid on prior purchases.

Valid on in-stock items only.

No rain checks issued.

This discount will be allocated on a pro rata basis to all valid items.

If you return a portion of your purchase, the prorated discount associated with those items will be lost or forfeited.

If your coupon or promotion has minimum purchase requirement, Taxes, Shipping & Handling and Other Charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.

Limit one per customer.

Are Intended for Single Use Only.

Each coupon or promotion is valid for a limited time only on the date specified on coupon or promotion, unless specified otherwise.

Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned or sold and where prohibited by law.

Coupons cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

Brands, products, services and categories that are excluded or restricted from DTF BY FTS coupons and promotions are subject to change without notice. Please review the specific exclusions or restrictions with each DTF BY FTS coupon or promotion prior to redemption.

We are not responsible for false, inactive, expired or otherwise invalid coupon codes provided by third party companies.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. DTF BY FTS and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of DTF BY FTS shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District).
